9 week courses at Old School Farm Pottery are built for you. Whether you’ve never touched clay or are looking to expand your skills, you can find a place here. In each course we cover throwing on the wheel, hand building techniques, glazing, and surface design. Clay and use of studio tools are included. Try the Potter’s Wheel

In this class, work with one of our professional ceramic artists to take the potter’s wheel for a spin. Learn about how to center, open, pull, and remove pottery from the wheel. Perfect for date night, craft night with friends, or scoping out the studio for a longer form course

  • "The BEST pottery studio in town. Wonderful, kind, supportive people. Dogs. Chill vibes. And it’s a non-profit supporting adults with disabilities. What’s not to love???"

  • "I have really enjoyed taking classes and having an artist space through their community clay program! Their instructors are also knowledgeable and foster a great learning environment. Personally what brought me to their studio was the affordability; since they are a non-profit the classes are a very reasonable price. Whether you are a seasoned potter or have never touched clay, this studio is a great place to learn and grow! Happy throwing!"

  • "Welcoming environment with knowledgeable instructors that help you navigate your journey with clay. Whether you are completely new to pottery or have advanced skills, they meet you where you are. I have taken classes with three different instructors and have learned a lot from each one. It's my happy place."

  • "My girlfriend and I attended the Try the Potters Wheel class and we absolutely loved it! We had a such a great time and just wished we could keep going. We will definitely be back for more classes."
